Embed Square Solutions provides a standard 24-month warranty on all hardware products from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, accidents, or natural disasters.

For software products and services, warranty terms will be specified in the applicable software licence agreement or service level agreement (SLA). Support and maintenance terms are governed by separate agreements.

To initiate a warranty claim or return, please contact our support team at sales@embedsquare.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality assurance team.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
